Yeah but if you read what the actress said (posted in page 3 I think) she explains how it happened and how she felt, her feelings and her recollection that it was horrible/invasive should not be disregarded just because the footage looks like she's just acting. She felt haunted by this experience for years so whether he penetrated her with his finger or not doesn't matter, the experience was a sexual assault.
