Gaga was 22 when she came in the spotlight though, you still are developing facially where as in 2008 Christina was a full grown woman. Her face isn't going to change shape besides aging.

Christina has always taken great care of herself. She has made a point of always wearing sunscreen and never smoking (obviously for her voice, as well). She looks amazing, and she deserves it.

X is heading down the path of gwen and J.lo and will definitely still look GREAT when she is approaching her 50s.
