P.S.: Well she has the Super Bowl this time so a boost of the Joanne era in February is a fact.

didn't she say the same thing [about ARTPOP] when DWUW's music video got scrapped?

And it was true, too. Maybe not from the record company's perspective, but she made it the core of her Artrave tour.

Walk down the runway but don't puke, it's okay. You just had 10 donuts today. Without frosting.

She said this when the hype for the ARTPOP app was in full swing, before everything went downhill.

I don't really care/mind anymore about promo, I feel like I'm taking a back-seat approach with Joanne compared to her previous albums. Like I just think it's fine as it is. Let it be so to say :lana:

Still gonna go to the tour though :oprah:

The hardest thing in this world is to live in it

Remember when she said that pop music will never be low-brow? Whatever happened to that? Does it only apply when her singles are big hits? Where's the fun anymore? Its all so serious and crying all the time now. I understand she wants to do something different But can't we have a little of both? I don't see much joy in her anymore. The spark seems gone.

maybe because of break up? everyone kinda forgot it... it can influence every part of life ( from my experience)

That's what's so interesting to me. She seems so sad now and apparently she never liked most of her life back then, but she seemed happiest during her Fame/Monster/BTW days and it reflected in her work because she was very passionate and driven and took it seriously. The only thing she's taking seriously now is being sad and letting us know about it.

She needs to take notes from Beyonce, and I HATE that I'm saying this because she has a whole team that does things for her. However, she manages to be on top and put out excellent performances while keeping her life extremely private and she's clearly very happy. You can't wear your heart on your sleeve in Hollywood, it will never do you any good. I find myself frequently wondering why the people in Gaga's life haven't given her some tough love advice. And if they did, why can't it seem to stick? Because she's always an emotional wreck.
