I never thought that monsters, of all people, would be so f.ucking shallow. It's like fans don't even want to hear what she has to say any more, they just want her to look a certain way. Yet... the general public doesn't talk about her appearance, and if they do they're usually complimenting her, but they are now actually listening to what she has to say for the first time ever. Gaga deserves much better. This is so true. She tried her hardest to raise us to be compassionate, caring, understanding, and most of all non-judgemental. And it has completely, backfired. This fanbase is now the most judgemental towards their own idol than any others. And like she needs it! She already gets it from every other fanbase, and now from her own. Sad. A fan is someone who cares about an artist and the work they produce and who wants to see them happy. A non-fan is someone who insults, judges and/or criticises an artist frequently for their career decisions or appearance. If you connect more with the second statement, then you should realise that you aren't a fan any more, and move on already. It's not worth your time, or everyone else's time, to stay around acting miserable if you don't care about her for who she is now. I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
