I personally think it just makes her look more mature, and I think it adds a bit more dimension. I mean, if you wanted a counterargument to that, I got none  It's just a matter of personal preference.

she thinks that this is good and it makes her feel okay

On a good note, the only good thing is that all of them are temporary and they leave after some time and her face gets more normal.

but she keeps going later..

She looks fine there but when it's fresh or when she over does it, like how she looked during the Frank Sinatra thing, she just doesn't look good.

I picked the third option. I don't see that much of a difference, so I think they're ok. But I also don't want her to ruin her face obviously (which you guys made me worry about by seeing things in her face I do not see )
