If I lived in a world where people were watching me in 4k 60fps all the time, I think I would get some work done too. That's a horrible thing to say I know, and something I never would have said in my 20's. But right now, I don't have any good role models of female celebrities past the age of 40 who haven't had work done...except for a VERY few who are blessed with miraculous skin genes. Imagine if Madonna had never had any work done. It would be a total detraction from her show everyone commenting how old she looks. It's really unfair and it's messed up! It's illegal for him to release patient medical information to any parties unless specifically authorized by the patient, including whether a given person is a patient of record at all.
