Your diagram is completely wrong. Why is even populist a category? What political ideology alligns with populism? Left ? Right? Pro-state? Against state? Where do communists even go on that diagram? Or any anticapitalist ideology for that matter, lol?

And no Libertarians are NOT closer to liberals on social issues. They are pro-gay right only because they are pro-everything. They dont plan to help gay people by any means (like laws and state) they just don't care if they get married or not. They want to privitize prisons and pretty much everything there is.

Different political compasses have different uses... We're talking about different axes entirely.  My point is that there is more than general ideology at stake in how people vote, social and economic issues are part of that, so its not completely unreasonable that Gary Johnson supporters and  Jill Stein supporters could both vote for Hillary.

I'd also reason that not even most independents that vote 3rd party in America have strong ideological ties to either parties, they just see it as an issue by issue thing or dissatisfaction at the two party option, disregarding how far left or right things might be.

If she calls for a recall and ends up winning, people will say she rigged it. She got put in this position where if she wins, it's because "the system is rigged." And it's a completely Republican Congress, so even if she wins it'll be hell for her. 

Instead she lost, despite having 2 million votes MORE than Trump, in this "rigged" system they were so concerned about....

Very good point. I actually believe counting the votes twice should be required. We're told "doublecheck your work!" before turning in an 8th grade math test but not before announcing who's the next President?
