No it isn't. The fact that you'd compare something as horrific as rape to something trivial like rollling down a window is gross. He should not roll down the windows knowing how unstable his fans are. There have been numerous occassions in which he's gotten into some sort of incident with his fans. The video did go by fast and does not give Biebers view of the situation. He may have thought the guy was going to try to assault him so reacted. BTW, did Bieber comment on this situation? Was Bieber supposed to be dragged out of his window by some insane fan. What if this would have been a female singer and a fan was reaching inside grabbing and touching her chest? Fans need to keep there hands to themselves and bieber needs to chill the **** out and finally appreciate his large worldwide following and stop being rude AF!
