Yes there are a lot of things wrong with the church but I think we should acknowledge the fact that a pope is pushing it in the right direction, however small the impact may be, instead of pulling it back into the dark ages like some politicians are doing with countries. You may not agree with the system but at least respect the fact that for the first time in the history of the catholic church it is moving in the right direction. It didnt have that influence anymore because it was seen as a backwards organisation. It is now changing for the best I think, he might not ever say those things but a future pope just might. The church sees the times are changing and for it to stay relevant it has to change as well, like it is doing. Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always.
