Umm. So basically what happened in the video just with a different race? The same logic applies. Literally. No matter if its a black teacher and a room full of white students, or the other way around. 

If ya'll truly want to combat racism, this perception that it only exists on "white vs other races"- that premise will have to be discarded and a further understanding of what racism is. See here:

So if you have ever asked an asian friend for help on math homework and you arrived at the conclusion to ask them because they would most likely be more inclined to be correct due to their ethnicity, you have taken part in racism.

you can't compare those two. He is a student. He would get suspended not fired because he is a child. She is a grown woman who should've been mature enough to walk away from the situation and come back when she could handle it.

This very post has everything to do with racism. I do not have it all twisted. The child gets to continue their education at a different school with little consequence, but this lady will probably lose her job and struggle. Yeah she made a mistake but should she really be burned at the stake for this? 

 

If she's not fired, the school board will be rioted, vandalized, and labeled as white supremacists. So really, her fate is already decided- tell me I am wrong. 

She should be fired immediately and irrevocably according to most on here. What about due process and investigating the circumstances? Isnt that the very same thing ya'll cry for when people resist arrest and get shot for doing so?

That's something you should never say, especially if you're a teacher who is close to young generations and who has an impact on the youth. She should get fired, and I don't even care if she didn't really mean it or if it was in a moment of anger. Just no.

It doesn't matter who screams it. That's my point. But your very dear champions of social justice would have stiffer consequences on a white person than a black person. Please tell me I am wrong.

There are about three and a half million teachers in the US. On any given day, teachers will be pushed to anger in classrooms across the country. The overwhelmingly large majority of these adults manage to call for help, step next door to get another teacher or handle the situation in their classroom. 

Thousands of teachers every year handle situations without resorting to hate speech or violence. They are the adults in this situation. They have had training, classes and seminars in classroom management and have been given options for out of control situations. The choice is NEVER hate speech or physical confrontation. If a teacher resorts to either one of these actions, they should be fired immediately. 

There is a huge difference between a teacher losing it and yelling something general and a teacher that specifically targets the race of the kids in their meltdown. The latter is never acceptable.
