I don't use Tinder but this is as significant as Tinder adding an astrology option. Just keep the gender portion as a write-in and that's that. People can then identify as whatever they want.

Why is it necessary to have a drop-down selection of 37 (!) genders. Freedom this, freedom that I 100% totally agree, but Holy Gaga Crap is this actually necessary?

I simply suggest a write-in option.
