Honey, say what you want but for ME dwuw will be the biggest regret for a potential hit because it had SO much potential.

So true  Why did things have to turn bad for DWUW? :neyde:

Never really thought about DITD being a smash hit until now, but with her momentum in 2010 I'm pretty sure it could've been big. Otherwise, I was really hoping Monster would have became a single following Alejandro. :( Also I really think Scheiße could've slayed the charts and airplay but I'm sure the reason it wasn't released was because of the faux German and profanity. :laughga:

Starstruck would've been her 3rd #1 had she released it as a single. But out of these choices, Monster or Dance in the Dark would've been the fourth (maybe even fifth) top 10 hits off of TFM.

Also because feminism was still thought to be bizarre and anti-equality in favor of women by most people at the time

Illuminati

definitely Dance in the dark or Starstruck, she was at her peak and moved on between eras too fast imo.

Can we not count DWUW as an official single? :nails:

If that song had the proper treatment, it would top all these songs and her other singles.  And been her next Bad Romance - Poker Face level hit. EASILY

Confession: I think "Scheiße" would have been an epic flop (especially during the time of BTW where she was struggling for radio relevance toward the end).

I think Monster's just stan for it because it speaks to us as fans, but I don't see the GP getting into it.

If "Marry the Night" flopped, why on earth do we think "Scheiße" would be a hit? :oprah:

No shade, just keeping it real. :madge:

I think Heavy Metal Lover would have been a hell of a single. Look how everyone is stanning for the moody, soft pop a la Selena Gomez nowadays. Gaga could have set that tone already years ago. It would have been unreal.

Spoiler

I will never forgive Gags for not releasing Scheisse as a single tho. IT'S WHAT WE NEEDEEEEEEEED.
