Monster, no question about it. She was on a roll with TFM singles. I remember when she released Alejandro as the third single, I was pressed Monster wasn't chosen, but I thought, meh, it will be the fourth and last single. Then she ended the era and I was like -

For me its Dance in the Dark and Gypsy. But Dance in the Dark would've gone Top 10 based on the time it was released. Gypsy would've G.U.Y'd.

Purely musically I'd say Monster, it's really catchy and is in the middle of the sound of The Fame and The Fame Monster...

Visually, Dance In The Dark, we could have the dopest music video, single cover, performances in her career tbh. The Dance In The Dark performance at the Brit awards is one of Gaga's best visually.

I ´think both DITD and Monster could have been huge hits. Also schiesse and Heavy metal lover from Born this way and Gypsy+ MANiCURE  from ARTPOP. The fame singles was good as it is. I guess starstruck could have been a single also if we really needed more singles from that album.

I wanted to say gypsy but anything would have flopped after the dwuw mess so i went with DITD. Aura, HML, goverment hooker, venus, and fashio  would have tanked so big
