Why are Gaga's injections treated as such a sensitive topic in this fanbase

I miss her old face and her old nose. Sometimes she goes too far with injections and I'm stil not over how unrecognizable she was at the Golden Globes earlier this year. Come for me if you want but this is my opinion. I just lover her old/natural face. 

I miss her face A LOT but however her nose still looks the same to me. I dont think she has gone under the knife but she has certainly got injections and face tape and she doesnt even try to keep it a secret

Idk in some pictures it looks different, but maybe they are retouched? Or maybe the face injections make it look different in proportion or something... still it looks so different in some picures

I don't think it's considered a sensitive topic on here but once it gets discussed every six months she's caught walking in or out of an Epione skin care clinic it starts to get old. 

What she does at the end of the day doesn't worry me because 1) Atleast she doesn't look like Jocelyn Wildenstein so her "addiction" isn't as bad as everyone is saying. 2) I go to school for skin care and eventually plan to become a Spa Nurse so knowing what she's doing and the affects doesn't worry me.

Because it's really pointless to discuss it. I don't get this "I miss her old face" thing, because you know she's going to age right? Are you going to say "I miss her old face" when she's in her 60's and 70's?

I don't understand why everyone here is so against fillers. Yes she is naturally beautiful, same as Kim Kardashian and plenty others who get them, but what's so wrong about wanting to improve upon yourself? If I had the money I would definitely get some things done so I can't judge.

I think she looks better with a bit of filler in her face, because let's be real her natural features aren't very objectively 'beautiful'. Yes I'm talking about her nose

She hasn't gotten that much work done tbh - a lot of the changes is from aging, losing baby fat in her cheeks, a thicker neck (from exercise?) and she's developed a double chin that makes her jawline less defined. If she is really that insecure she'll probably get lipo but she hasn't. 

i miss her chubby cheeks, but i missed mine too and it isn't something that i can get back.

Her skin is looking amazing though.
