They just agree to work towards goals they all agree are important and throw out the idea. It doesn't mean that they are promising something revolutionary or that they should be expected to do something if they post a video. I don't know, I just have really noticed any impact from their videos except my white girl liberal friends who think that sharing a video = saving the world. But I could be wrong. Oh, they have a pretty hefty resume when it comes to their activism, it's just that it's not heavily reported. They've taken down government websites before IIRC. You should look them up.
