Of course. Just because they have this clearance though doesn't mean Trump is necessarily going to share every grim detail of the world with them, they are still his children.

I personally think he just wants them cleared so if he did discuss something with them over dinner that he would not face repercussions. He would still use some common sense in his discussions and not reveal movements in war etc. but he might be able to discuss other issues that we would find out anyway through time.

If Ivanka was aware of extremely important information and made business moves that basically reflected that information, she would face an investigation and almost definitely be criminally charged. It doesn't matter how powerful you are, if you go against the state on that scale you will face repercussions.

I personally have no idea who would investigate them but the state would be forced to take action.

Something that no other President has had. Unless he has dementia or something, he should be able to be like all the other Presidents before him and make the people of the US his first concern. That's what he was elected to do, look after the people of the country. If that means he will have to keep his mouth shut at the dinner table on a few subjects, for the safety and security of millions of lives that he asked to be responsible for, then he should have the emotional maturity to ****ing do so! 

Trump will now be the leader of the free world. It won't kill him to put that world first and keep his damn mouth shut! Every President had managed to do this before.

Don't get me wrong, I do agree with you but I'm not going to condemn him for this. Just because they're allowed to hear this material doesn't mean they will hear anything that puts anyone at risk. It's easy to believe he will because well hey, he would legally be allowed to but I'm gonna see how this one plays out. It could literally come to nothing.
