Considering it's really important to switch to electronic cars and stop outsourcing the planet. Though it's all messy up and not easy to solve. For example humans are depending on oil, because it is used also for medicine. So the best is to stop using petroleum for cars, but more/only for medicine. I think this is were the real problem lays I agree, veganism is something that if everyone did it would make an incredible impact, but I also believe in making changes elsewhere, otherwise we will still be making the same mistakes. Recipe: Reveal hidden contents It's okay if you can't go full vegan, but making small changes like making this vegan nacho cheese over buying dairy can make a difference. For now just try to have fun with it and see it as trying out new foods and recipes, it will make it easier and more interesting. That Youtube channel has a lot of amazing recipes, you should check it out and try some of their recipes when your in the mood for experimenting. Every little effort counts! Thank you for the recipe! I'm a chef so I'll definitely try it out! I'm not even a big meat eater I eat it like twice a week, and it's mostly chicken. And, I buy my meat from my farmer so the chickens aren't tortured or anything (even though they are killed ). I buy beef or pork from the supermarket though. I can survive without eating eggs (such as fried eggs), but I'm a big cake lover. Is there any substitute for eggs / butter? I like dancin', and ponies.... It depends where you are from, but in North America there are plenty butter alternatives. There is a vegan brand called Earth Balance, and Becel has a vegan margarine. Eggs can be replaced with many different things, I usually use a flax egg in baking, and when I'm craving eggs I make a tofu scramble or breakfast sandwich. With baking often you don't actually need eggs as well, my dough that I make for peirogis is just flour, vegetable oil, salt and water. You can't notice its vegan while your eating it, and pizza dough and pastas are the same way. You can use maple syrup, chia eggs, applesauce or mashed ripe bananas in baking in place of eggs. Cake is very easy to make vegan, just google vegan cake recipes and you will find easy recipes. My favourite tofu scramble (there's many different ways to make this though, so google around): http://minimalistbaker.com/southwest-tofu-scramble/ Breakfast Sandwich: http://www.hotforfoodblog.com/recipes/2014/10/25/the-vegan-breakfast-sandwich This is a carrot cake I've made, just sharing this as an example of a vegan cake: http://www.hotforfoodblog.com/recipes/2016/3/15/vegan-carrot-cake FATWIFE, First Lady Of GGD

I'm personally against genetic manipulated stuff Some vegans refuse to eat palm oil because of how it is destroying rain forests, I still eat it because sustainable palm oil is becoming more available and will change the industry drastically in a good way. I'm not educated enough on genetic manipulation foods, so I can't say much I guess. FATWIFE, First Lady Of GGD

Gohan 16,849
To take care of earth? Maybe, but it's not that easy for normal people. Supplements are expensive, the diet is not that balanced and also your cholesterol level rises because you are not eating enough with your diet. Veganism is even more extreme than vegetarianism, because it takes out all of the good sources of the 9 essential amino acids such as eggs, milk and cheese. Evn though I always suggest a 70% vegetables and fruits based diet to everyone, because they are in fact, healthy. Milk is unnecesary because it is designed for cows, but fermented milk (yogurt, cheese, etc) are good sources for a healthy nutrition. tryna go ask Alice, tryna catch that rabbit

Gracious Gaga 17,163
hi thank u for the post! I've attempted eating a meat and dairy free diet- meat free lasted for about three week but today and forever I am diary free. I wish I could not have to eat meat but I am underweight for my age and height (and personal preference) and am concerned I will continue to be underweight if I go meat free. How can I reverse this? ♥ Kindness Police.
