They don't harass families of gay people, they harass funerals of anyone, but soldiers in particular. They claim God is punishing America. And they are perhaps the worst example, but I think the court's decision was important. What Gaga said should be illegal was not even close to Snyder v. Phelps. As I said before: Trump said NOTHING that would be prosecuted as hate speech, yet she said his rhetoric should be illegal because it is "offensive". That's scary.
