Yes, because the amount of votes totally doesn't give you an indication of how good a candidate is..

Pending confirmed updates and admittedly a CNN projection, Hillary has the popular vote.

At least all can admit it is close.  So it's not enough to grant that Trump rocks popular opinion amd Clinton sucked it, at all.

The DNC better not f**k us again. Honestly, they should all be ashamed of themselves. I wouldn't mind seeing Rubio back again...

You spilt it. :icega:

This why Hillary should be done with politics (at least trying to be President).

America doesn't want her.  America literally said this twice back in '08 and today in '16.  She's not meant for the job and she needs to face the reality she will never be POTUS.

That's what I cannot ****ing stand. She was ALREADY given the message back in 08 that she wasn't a viable candidate for the people and she still tried anyway :deadbanana: The whole thing was absolutely for her ego.

Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and trust~

I hope her ego was worth f**king us over for generations to come.  Selfish bitch.

Maybe it's because I find her general demeaner to be uncharasmatic but I don't think she even cares that much :air:

Eighteen

i don't know and i don't know if i would vote for her i'd have to know who else would be running at the time. but this woman has gone through so much and has had so much undeserved hatred and criticism and america has let her down in such a huge way that i don't think she'd even want to at this point.

It was a very close primary, hardly a resounding rejection. It was reasonable for her to run again. And even with these results in the general, one could make the same case. I wouldn't, but one could.

But she's never really been my first choice. Warren 2020?

She won the majority of the votes back in 08 against Obama & she won the majority of votes this time around against Trump!  So she had every right to run considering those results...  :koons:

What? :rip: It was totally reasonable for her to run again. People WANTED her to run again, very enthusiastically, even as early as 2013-14... Because she literally had the credentials to make a great president.

She was a "viable" candidate in 2008, that wasn't the problem. The problem was that honestly Barrack (rightfully) inspired people. Also, she's kind of a centrist at the end of the day (though she had been pushed to the left late primary/early general and could have been pushed even further left had she won) compared to Obama. If you remember that primary, it wasn't necessarily a pretty one either, but they both had immense respect for one another at the end of the day.

I am upset about Bernie not getting his chance too tbh, but I can't let you blatantly claim that this was for "ego" :rip: The only person who ran for "ego" in this campaign was Donald Trump. I don't know if she even intended on running back in '12-14, but there was a huge underground and eventually mainstream call for her to run. Do ya'll not remember how big of a deal when she officially announced that she was running?

And when she saw how incredibly unpopular she was, she continued to run. When she was nearly beat by a no name senator who no one thought had a chance, she didn't start to worry. When she was under the email investigation, regardless of how bullshit it was, for literally months and knowing what that would do to her already deeply faulty image, she didn't rethink her logistics. She based a campaign around slogans like #I'mWithHer and #ItsHerTurn. This loss was a long time coming and she refused to see the warning signs that stared right in her face. She lost to mother****ing Donald Trump, and not just by a little in the electoral college. Could you imagine the bloodbath if the RNC had offered someone from their roster that was actually credible like John Kasich?
