Minorities will have their rights taken from them. Racism, sexism, and homophobia will be prevalent. Some places might lose their marriage equality. He will not sympathise with the poor and make any measures to help them, so poverty is likely to increase. He might start more wars and create dangerous situations that will affect the rest of the world. Inter-country relations are sure to worsen between the US and other major countries. This is just the tip of the iceberg of possibilities. He has the potential to start nuclear war, and he's asked about the nuclear codes before.
