Like, we can be legit and cool without talking about politics/religion (like when I assist people at my place of employment) but if those topics were to come up in general, they may vote against me (an LGBTQ person, for example)...2016 has destroyed my trust in the authenticity and honesty of other people and their kindness towards others...it's all been a "perfect illusion."
