jamessq 17 Posted November 8, 2016 Share Posted November 8, 2016 Gaga obviously likes to collaborate - she comes from an acoustic background and, towards the beginning of her career, probably did not have the greatest technical understanding of the vernacular of electronic / synthpop genres. But, unlike other stars, she has a back catalogue of songs she has written by herself (You and I, Just Another Day, Speechless etc.). There's no denying her ability to craft a song on her own. Yep but the instrumental counts as well + she had other wrtiters on those songs so I wouldne be surprised if the percentage is below 50% or 40%, and while we at it Til It Happens to You we already know she has only 10% on that one.
