Gagadonna 10,801
I actually feel like the GP would prefer Gaga to the overexposed Beyoncé at the halftime. Gaga might possibly overshadow Beyoncé herself... Yet I don't want/need any Beyoncé this year or any further year.

At the 2020 Mtv awards when bey and Gaga win for best female collab for the continuation of telephone , Gaga rises from her paparazzi grave and they perform telephone and the new feminist anthem of the next decade

gagaisitalian 3,573
I would love for Bey and Gaga to perform Telephone and would love for Bey to perform at the Houston superbowl, but it's just not realistic seeing as how she has done it twice in the last 3 years. Fame IV 4,426
You don't want Beyoncé at the Superbowl? Don't worry! NFL has confirmed LADY GAGA as the 2017 Halftime Performer. Stop this non-sense talk. If Gaga did a duet with Beyoncé and never performed live with her, it won't be at the Superbowl. A Star is Born ⭐
destinyofself 1,006
Oh please Beyonce will outside Gaga? Ok haha Are we talking about the same one trick pony? Gaga can sing Jazz, Rock, Pop, old classics like The Sound Of Music, and Beyonce can sing? oohhh yeah, the same style of music she's been doing since the early 2000's. Try again. Denys 848
Have u guys forgotten who Gaga is? If she's gonna bring bey up to that stage this she will do the next big thing (even if she has to walk out naked) (hyperbole) but u get what I mean

Like I said that doesn't matter. Everything Beyoncé does gets praised by the masses, so it doesn't matter. EVEN if she sucks, and gaga is amazing, she will still get all the media attention. SpookyKid 15,153
when I saw you were the one that posted this; but I agree, no Bey Life has a hopeful undertone |-/
babs 5,093
As much as I agree with you, if gaga reads this thread she would probably laugh out loud and invite beyonce, cause she's a rebel Spoiler

bloomingbeauty 60
I wouldn't really care they never sang the song together so it could be good. It's up to Gaga and Beyoncé.
Chelseaaaaaa 1,453
It happening now feels a little too late. It should've happened in 2010, it never did. It was a mistake on their behalf but it is what it is. They don't even seem particularly close anymore so instead of feeling like a live celebration of their collab it will come off as something being done just to do it. The media will inevitably say one of the following: 1) Bey was the highlight of Gaga's performance 2) Bey saved the halftime/Gaga needed her 3) Gaga was good, but Bey happened to be better It'd be an iconic moment but I expect it to overshadow EVERYTHING that happens before & after. I don't want Gaga's halftime show to be remembered for 'Telephone' because a) the song is not a favorite of either woman and b) she has waaaaaaaaaay better hits! It's hard to deny the critics will call it a missed opportunity but that may be better than the alternative.

That's where I absolutely draw the line. If tony does come out, they sing for like 1 minute of jazz, and then back to pop, and tony gone. I’m a simple guy to please, if you like Melodrama, we chill.
