I'm pretty sure she's referencing Telephone. She's busy all the time, yet she never says it. Now she's planning the Half-Time show where she's incorporating hits from her career. The "I'm kinda busy" is literally a quote from telephone. Seems fricking pausible at this moment. And who are we kidding? Gaga is cryptic as ****. She loves it.

Those are definitely VSTs or some sort of control board for logic. She's not talking to anyone. Most likely, she's creating a rough mashup of the songs to send off as an idea for the set list or so the band can begin prepping
