The New Fame Monster or ARTPOP ACT II

ARTPOP Act II because it's actually THERE and finished. "The New Fame Monster" doesn't really exist. People keep talking about RedOne's 8 demos and if she only included Angel Down it's because the rest were NOT good enough to be on an official album.

You guys have to remember that Gaga writes hundreds of songs and for Born This Way and ARTPOP they wrote around 100. Obviously not all of them were good, some were random sessions like Stuck On F'ing You.

Sure, they said Gaga met Giorgio Moroder (The last we know is that he was still waiting for her call), Fernando Garibay (When they talked about ARTPOP they said "songs for the next album are beginning to flourish" which they didn't make the cut), Nile Rodgers (Probably for other projects), Elton John and Room In My Heart (Two albums in a row and his work doesn't make the cut, which I don't mind at all), etc.

"The New Fame Monster" doesn't really exist, unlike Act II, Gaga said it was READY and we know Temple, Brooklyn Nights, Tinnitus, Tea, Onion Girl were all supposed to be part of the 2 part project.

I know as much as you, sis. I just know Brooklyn Nights was recorded for ARTPOP and it lost a spot on the album for MJH.
