They were moved to another chart because of Hot 100 chart rules. Hello would probably still be currently charting if not for the rule that moves a hit song like that to the recurrent chart. When a song is all the sudden "knocked out" and does not slide to the 60's 70's or lower, it hasn't been knocked out.
