No, with albums it's different 'cause it's a whole era with a cohesive concept, sound and image attached to it. Greatest Hits albums are literally Spotify playlists. All you have to do is take all of the artists hits and put it all together lol. Legends have greatest hits 'cause everyone had them in the past. It just doesn't make sense to have one anymore, especially if the target audience is millennials. 

What was the last relevant Greatest Hits album after all? Madonna's? Britney's? Pink's? That was 6-7 years ago.
