I started trying to have conversations with kids in my class about the meaning behind Donatella and whether MANiCURE should be a single, and after realizing that all I was getting was confused looks and restraining orders, I decided I'd be a hero and make home made CDs of the album for everyone to pass around and hear. Even though they repeatedly told me they were not interested, I kept making more CDs and chasing more kids to give them ARTPOP to listen to (along with a commentary of every song by me) like a ****ing Jenovah's witness. It wasn't until a girl yelled at me in the middle of the halls that SHE DOESN'T WANT TO LISTEN TO THE ****ING ALBUM that I realized I should probably give it up and tey again with the next album mess

London GUY 5,628
I've got a two parter gals, so buckle your seatbelts Part 1: I was at my very religious conservative grandparents house, and wanted to listen to some music, I was in the garden however and my phone, without my knowledge was still connected to my Bluetooth speakers, I tried to listen to music, and nothing came out, so I shrugged it off and kept being in the garden, with my phone playing music, and it was ARTPOP on shuffle, once Sexxx Dreams, Jewels N' Drugs, Do What U Want and Mary Jane Holland had played, my grandma confronted me, as Donatella started, as I walked towards the house, and heard "You've just had a salad today" My heart sank. Luckily I convinced them it was a random Spotify playlist so it was fine Part 2: I was stressed and humiliated so I thought I needed a good wank, so I go to my room, put my headphones in, and my phone, playing ****, WAS. STILL. CONNECTED. TO. THE. SPEAKERS. REPLAY

Oriane 21,121
Two years ago we were having a kinf of anniversary party with my family. My dad and I love singing so we both did a little concert during the night, we planned the songs etc. Of course my concert was entirely made of Gaga songs. I chose to do 4 of them : Paparazzi, The Queen, MANiCURE and DWUW. So I started dressed like a star, dress with glitter, leather jacket, high heels, sunglasses. And I sang Paparazzi like this. At the end of the song I took a camera and took photos of myself, and of the public (like I became the paparazzi). Then it was The Queen, I took off the jacket and sunglasses and made a crown out of my belt. Then I made a pause to change clothes, I dressed like this but with black tights : And I sang MANiCURE in this. And then during the instrumental I took off the jacket (I had a white T-shirt under) and the shoes, and I sang DWUW and climbed on the table during the bridge, to do like the AMAs. Apparently people thought I was going to take off all my clothes and do a stripping show or something like this They also found the whole thing weird but some of them liked it. Another time in English class, we had to talk about a hero from the 20th or 21th century. Everybody said Gandhi, MLK etc... And obviously I chose Gaga. People disapproved and said they didn't think she was a heroine, that she was a great artist but wasn't important to the world. I knew it would be debatable but I think we will see in many years all the accomplishments she's done. The only GGD member who can read / Credits to Celloo Deng for the profile pic! sarahb 16,615
In Australia during ARTPOP, the main radio stations had a competition where you had to send artwork or a sentence or two about 'what ARTPOP means to you', and they were gonna pick like 5 winners or something and they got to go to this ARTPOP Gallery in Sydney (which never happened of course) and meet Gaga. Anyway I sent in some sort of writing (I dont remember what I wrote) and I ended up getting a phone call from the radio station. I didn't win but they wanted to ask me a few questions and basically use it for promo. Now the embarrassing part was that I was an absolute MESS. I am super shy and whenever they asked me a question I couldn't think of an answer and half the conversation was just me in total silence before maybe saying something THANK GOD FOR EDITING because after editing out the silences it didn't sound so horrible when it aired. I was literally shaking after the phone call Do you feel him sir?

Doncho 27,241
OMG all your stories are making me smile and laugh! I dont have any particular story but once I was listening to Gaga s music, my mom was behind me and I was dancing in the chair (and I am shy so she never saw me dancing). She said: "Are you imitating Gaga?" And I was like: Nooooo I am just... moving a little Totally akward for me. Since that night, I never dance when she is in the house
