Cloning is from only one parent.

But using similar procedures scientists were able to do what was described above in the article some years ago. I looked into it when my partner and I were discussing our options on surrogacy/adoption.

It's still probably two decades away from being a reality, and then we'd have to get it passed all the anti-stem people here in the USA.

Reproduction without male cells was developed years ago so it's more likely that one will prospere first.

Are you sure it wasn't an article about non-male cells reproduction?

Also probably using this technique, it'd probably be possible for a man to carry his own child. Like that may not sound appealing to anyone, but look up the prices of surrogacy. You may want to carry your own kid.
