Before I learned the words for Diamond Heart, at the "good thing I know what I'm worth" bit, I'd just scream "YANAHAHANADA DAAAA WOAAAA, YA WANNA NYAH NYAH CAUSE THE MONEY DONT HURT" :sharon:

My vote is for John Wayne though. @I Give Up is right. The chorus is a lie :madge: there's definitely at least five little sounds being made. I always hear (dat - doo - duh - deet - doe). Also, going straight from the chorus to the second verse was tricky before I knew the words well :laughga:

🌸Flourishing and vibrant🌼

It's actually one of the easiest albums to learn which is why i think its genius! The melodies, lyrics and overall style is easy for people to pick up and sing along or for young musicians to play them on their guitars etc. I can see many Joanne songs been sung across campuses, bars and YouTube channels across the planet.

I don't know why, I just had the verses mixed up

I got it now, but it took me a lot of listens to make sure I didn't screw them up

John Wayne. I'm still trying to filter through the (dat - doo - deet - doe) lie

I always hear "love's gonna get ya, do do do da" or something like that.

Just Another Day because I always expect her to say one thing, but she turns around and says something else.

Also John Wayne, but it's mainly gibberish so IDK. To me it sounds like:

DAT duh DEE (pause) day
OH-oh duh DEE (pause) day
DAT duh DEE (pause) day
Baby let's get high, John Wayne

The world may never know... at least until she performs it. :emma:

the final part of Diamond Heart with the key change and random lyrics I can't understand/

everything else is simple.

I remember reading some where that the course to John Wayne was:

Bad man city

No one's city

Bad man city

Oh well

Hey Girl. Whenever one of them says "Hey girl, don't you leave me" I expect the other's response to be "Hey girl, don't you worry". Every. Damn. Time.

Wait what? There are supposed to be lyrics in the chorus of John Wayne? Bitch. Where, where are they? :oprah:

John Wayne's chorus is up there for "betrayal of the century" just next with the "extended" lyrics to Bad Kids.

Kindness rules all.
