Her team realised PI wasn't resonating with the gp and quickly pushed a second release. If only britneys team were as responsive. They have still to decide on a second single after Make Me! I mean, it was almost a miracle that it happened, but it did. It's also the first #1 single by a female over 40 years old since Madonna's Music. I'm not a charts fan but that really surprised me. Radio needs it NOW and she better COME with the music video or cancel this era altogether. I wouldn't be surprised if they preferred Million Reasons but since A-YO took off quicker and higher, they logically went with that one. I like both so I would've been good either way. With a killer video and a one or two strategically placed performances (with more umph that just her and a band) she could finally have a solid hit. Maybe not #1 but a solid top 5 and that's the best we can hope for. This PROVED they are looking for hits (not that I didn't already know that). They are just trying to be nonchalant about it.
