But they don't have the showstopping success that Michael Buble does, especially in the UK. As a covers artist, you should only go so far when you chart. I just don't get what's so special about him. Susan Boyle is a much better covers artist who sings songs with real emotion and her sales became non-existant after album #3. People just take to male covers singers so much better, even though they just sing the same old stuff we've heard many times and so many of them are just in it for the money. When I see a true artistic statement like Joanne being beaten by covers artists whose albums won't even be remembered in years to come (seeing as they're not original material) makes me sick, quite frankly.

It's coming up to Christmas so ofc Bubbles is everywhere. But can I just say, we've had virtually NO promo over here so that is ****ing brilliant charting.

Unless you listen to the radio a lot, you would not have any idea a Gaga album is coming out. The only time I've heard something about Gaga outside of the internet was a few weeks ago when a radio DJ played Poker Face and mentioned her playing Dive Bars with new music. There's been virtually no promotion here at all unless you include the odd play of Perfect Illusion. It's good it's actually hit #3.
