I think she meant that songs that aren't singles are going to be treated as if they were, hence having music videos and being performed (something that she wanted to do since BTW with that 10 singles thing and ARTPOP having a video for every song). Hopefully with Bobby she can achieve that because I live for her visuals

I wanted to open a thread about this because I was thinking the same yesterday. Joanne won't have  "official" singles... and it's clear with her current situation. No one in his right mind would have remained silent about a second single. 
They'll just promote the album as a whole. And I think these are the last 20ish days of promotion, then we'll see and hear about her again around the SP.

I hope she promotes a ton of songs and the album as a whole. If a song just so happens to take off on streaming and iTunes, I'm sure her and bobby will capitalize on it. But it's quite clear she's not really caring about single success this era.
