That's the theory but honestly don't believe it. There were no markings on the single cover and no references in the video to suggest it. It was supposed to be a stand alone single for the olympics. Then she also performed it at the DNC which pissed off NBC because it was supposed to be an exclusive and they didn't want the song attached to any political party because politics gets controversial.
