Yes that's why Beyonce, the most powerful female celebrity, gets nothing but rave reviews.

She's literally a doll used by media to look "open-minded" and "feminist" without actually fully recognizing women's role on the making of art. This topic has been heavily discussed by artists like Björk, whose part in the making of her music (she makes the 90% of her art) has been reported as a diminished portion of what really is

Bjork also gets rave reviews and is recognized as one of the most important artists of the past two decades. If we're talking about women receiving credit for auteurship that's a different discussion and one that doesn't apply to Joanne.
