As tons of people said it, the same website sold CTC signed. Believe me, it's Gaga's will, if the purpose of the shop was to make money, they wouldn't sell them under 100$ or something. So I can understand why they want to keep it in the US this time. I was trying to order this Joanne with my PayPal and have it shipped to my friend's place in the US but they won't even accept my non-US PayPal!
