I feel like Billboard and RS were waiting for each other, so RS giving Joanne a good score is a good indicator that Billboard will, too :excited2:

I don't understand "normalized". As I see 3.5 it's a 75, isn't? So in metacritic is counted as 70? In both, the sum and the display rating from Rolling Stone?
Also, I didn't understand why when Joanne had only 4 reviews (60+40+80+60) had a rating of 58, when the average was 60...
Sorry if I don't understand, or I didn't explain myself pretty well, I'm still learning english ^^° Greetings!

Your English is flawless (and still has a Diamond Heart). What I believe is happening is that Rolling Stone scored are converted very simply to scores out of 100 (for example, 3.5/5 becomes 70/100). Then, Metacritic looks at the score of 70/100 and compares it to the Rolling Stone average on Metacritic (which is, for example, 60/100). This score is then normalized to some Metacritic scale based on some algorithm that uses that score comparison, and things like publication credibility.

They give 25 a 100  I love Adele but 21 and 19 deserve more than 70

See everyone is biased back when 21 was out they give it a 60 :toofunny: because Adele wasn't this big :emma:

21 has 76 on metacritic. It's what it deserves

Her best album in 5 years and 3,5 star?

What is the truth?

It's not bad at all... Only 1.5 away from a perfect score.

RS used to give 21 a 3/5 then after the Grammy it magically became a 3.5/5 :toofunny:

Just saying the truth

And 25 deserves a 100? 21 is more deserved

I'll be shocked if Billboard doesn't give it a good review. They were one of the few publications to give AP a score higher than 7/10 in 2013.

Frankly, I have a good feeling BB will give around 85 :classy:

Well 25 is a more coherent and mature album. 21 for me has HUGE HITS and a few meh songs. 25 only has good songs but it obviously ain't worthy of 100
