ALL Joanne tracks are radio-friendly

I just listened that album today again and again and I must say that for me all the songs sound very radio-friendly.

I mean there are better and worse materials for singles but if Gaga choose any of the song it will sound awesome on the radio.

Anyway my favs for singles are: Dancin' in Circles, John Wayne, Sinner's Prayer and that HUGE masterpiece Angel Down <3

Btw, when do we expect the 2nd official single? How long does it take Gaga to release a single after the previous one?

I would have to disagree about DiC. It's one of the best on the album but it's too upfront about its masturbation message no radio would play it :toofunny:

I have to disagree.

I can't see Joanne, Angel Down or Just Another Day being successful on radio, not because they're not good but just little things can be off putting to a general listener like the lack of editing on her voice. I'm happy for her to prove me wrong but I don't think the average listener to the radio would appreciate them like a fan can.

Also Dancing In Circles isn't exactly that discreet with the fact it's about masturbation, literally every line or every other line references it so I think it would be hard to get played much.

Everytime I hear DIC I imagine the radio host saying ''And now, dancing in circles'' and playing it at all partys

I'd agree.

Obviously each song is more or less radio friendly to a different extent, and some maybe aren't viable- but in general they are a lot more radio friendly then some of her previous works.

Hmm, so you think that DIC isn't going to be released as a single because of the message?

It's her best song on the album and very GP-friendly in sound.

Why is Gaga always connecting a good music with such a awful lyrics? :toofunny:

in my opinion the radio friendly ones are

Diamond Heart

A-YO

club mix of Joanne

John Wayne

Dancin' In Circles (theres way worse messages in songs on the radio)

Perfect Illusion

Come To Mama

Angel Down

Angel Down is legendary but it would get 0 airplay, lol

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

Dancing in Circles is NOT radio friendly. But everything else would be.

It's not so much the message, loads of songs have slayed with messages that are taboo but it's the fact that DIC is very, very upfront about it. I mean, really in your face songs with taboo subjects have slayed too but it's rare, like this went #1 in the UK when it was released and the message is well... you'll hear :emma:

REALITY

I'd agree with you, to an extent. Some songs on the album seen radio-friendly, Diamond Heart and Dancin' In Circles come to mind (when I'm talking about Dancin' In Circles, I'm especially talking about the sound, not the message/meaning behind it).

However, overall, I don't know. The songs are certainly great and breathtaking, but I don't think many of them would do great on the radio.

It's not that dic isn't radio friendly or that radio wouldn't play it it's just the way they will play it and the radio edit with all the censors everytime she says I touch myself will be cringeworthy
