Haroon 49,685
Track 8 on 'Joanne' Writers: Lady Gaga, Father John Misty, Mark Ronson, Thomas Brenneck Producers: Mark Ronson, Lady Gaga, BloodPop Lyrics: Spoiler I came down the mountain Draggin' our love affair Put on a pretty little number I'm wearing you still It was a hell of a scene at daddy's feast Nobody saw it coming, but the little red devil in me He has a funny way saying forever too fast Don't get mad, can't blame a tramp For something he don't have I get on my knees and beg you Hear my sinner's prayer I am what I am And I don't wanna break the heart of any other man But you, but you Hear my sinner's prayer It's the only one I know It sure as hell don't rhyme But it's as good as, good as, good as, good as gold Got a baby sister who looks just like me She wants nothing more than a man to please Maybe she's in too deep Her love for him ain't cheap But it breaks just like a knockoff piece From Fulton Street The man's got a gift for getting what he wants He's thirsty when he drinks Gets on the brink, and throws her off I get on my knees and beg you Hear my sinner's prayer I am what I am And I don't wanna break the heart of any other man But you, but you Hear my sinner's prayer It's the only one I know It sure as hell don't rhyme But it's as good as, good as, good as, good as gold Good as, good as, good as, good as gold I can carry you, but not your ghosts Wish I had the faith, but I don't know, oh Hear my sinner's prayer I am what I am And I don't wanna break the heart of any other man But you, but you Hear my sinner's prayer It's the only one I know It sure as hell don't rhyme But it's as good as, good as, good as, good as gold Good as, good as, good as, good as gold Good as, good as, good as, good as gold Performances: Spoiler

Creyk 16,836
This is so chill like a Madonna song I always wished Gaga would try a more laid back sound like this. And it did not disappoint.

mic 1,384
Basing on the live version I thought it will be my fav. Unfortunately the audio seems kinda washed out the layers of sound if you know what I mean. Still, great lyrics and I like this song

Bjaf 1,313
How come this song only has one page of reviews? I wasn't fond of the live performance, but the studio version is just so good. One of my favorites of the album. The darkness, the lyrics, the rawness, the beat, the indie vibe... Much less country than I expected, and that's a good thing! SEVERELY UNDERAPPRECIATED!!! zexion_armando 241
It's the only one that embraces its country twang well, and one of the few memorable tracks

Theodore 321
I loved the live version and was a little pressed because the snippet didn't do the track so much justice but honestly this is gun-slingin, dust-kickin, gay-cowboy perfection. and inb4 it becomes the theme tune for a smash Netflix drama series
