Obama's LGBT protection acts passed in a mainly republican congress, it doesn't make much sense to have that same congress then revert on it. But, politics is unpredictable, so we'll see. Goosey 3,017
I don't believe businesses should be allowed to refuse service to protected classes, but I also don't think it's right to sue a mom 'n pop bakery for $100,000 because they didn't want to make a cake for a gay wedding "I am the world's greatest person that does not want to let people into the country."—US President Donald J. Seriously though, the amount is not important, they felt they were being wronged and I agree. Yes, they could get a cake somewhere else (and im sure they obviously did ) but I don't think we should encourage or enable discrimination, which is what this literally boils down to. Especially when it puts the needs and wants of religious people over other classes of people. In my mind, there should be no hierarchy of this kind of nature here, or if there is any, it definitely shouldn't operate Top-Down according to social power and representation 私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから

No need to be so extra, like... It's not refusing to bake a cake because someone is gay, that's not right... it's the refusal to put a pro-gay message on the cake. "extra" I really dont give a **** about the number tbh, people have asked for much more for much less. Donald Trump is a good example of outrageous lawsuits and his haven't even been about serious wrongdoing I don't think the debate is about people saying "Gay marriage is good!" or "I support gay marriage!" on cakes, its about baking cakes for gay services in the first place (so maybe something not inherently political like Mike x Steve or two male figurines on top ). I don't think the latter are explicitly "pro-gay" either tbh. Just because I write something down doesn't mean I fully believe and embrace it. A wedding cake is for the people getting married and their guests, not the person making it. Once you sell it it will get eaten and literally be gone forever. 私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから
