Some people are so annoying not ignorant. She NEVER said she's ashamed/over her over-the-too looks. With times like the present, she's not trying to make crazy pop music for clubs and people to ignore the issues around us. She's focusing on making music that will HEAL and Unite people. So she's putting her outfits away for a while so people can focus on her message and not her Avant Garde looks.

fills smaller rooms than Ed Sheeran? uhhhh doubt it.

Also, I feel like she is looking back at Bowie's career and trying to emulate it. He killed Ziggy and continued to make great music. I'm not saying she is killing Gaga. But she is evolving past a lot of that. It's still within her though.

Everybody must read this interview, there's much to learn about where and who she is right now. One of the best article I've read on Gaga.

"Fame Is A Boomerang" - Maria Callas

Lol, once again stans prove their ignorance by jumping on the bandwagon created by a single quote without even bothering to read the whole article. Because who has time to read, right? Embarrassing.

I loved this interview.

I have a thought... It feels like we'll eventually force her to go back to something she doesn't feel doing anymore, or at least for now. Gaga always wants to cater to her fans.

I want her to be happy at whatever she feels is right, but at the same time I can't help missing her "old" self. Ugh, why is it so hard to  stan her

That was honestly beautiful. I understand the concept way more now and I'm so here for it

The idea of her being the "liberal" that "country" folk hate, her image being a bridge between the two worlds, thats a beautiful thought (even if constructed by the interviewer)

These songs seem honest, heartfelt, mature. The idea of Hey Girl slays me, girl power ftw:applause:

I'm so ready for this album. I only listened to the snippets once and I can''t remember any of them other than "Joanne", so i'm ****ing pumped :air:

私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから

And this is the problem.

Does she think the public is stupid? That they can't understand that some things have layers? Her audience is not 5 year old children, so this really shouldn't be an issue.

Besides, what message? It's her most personal album yet, but she can't even admit that her lead single is about her ex lover. It's just so weird, if she wants to do personal music why isn't she honest about what the songs are about?

Where's the proof it's about Taylor? You're just assuming. If she says it isn't then it isn't until she says otherwise.

This site is a ****ing mess. Taking words and quotes out of context, interpreting stuff the way you want to, constantly criticising her. CONSTANTLY not even sometimes when you disagree with her but ALL the time.

Anyone with a working brain sees it's about Taylor

PI is much about the internet and instagram as Telephone is about the fear of being overworked :laughga: Don't be so unreasonable in defending your idol, gotta use your brain sometimes. It's so clear why she is NOT admitting the true inspiration behind the song and her faulty approach to putting out "personal" material is a huge problem that has been there since day 1 in her carreer. But it wasn't in the forefront when her music wasn't trying to be so "her". But now that it is, she should at least own who she really is.
