We should protect the file with a huge password and don't spread the link with the decryption code from MEGA guys. Can we do this? Let's be a little selfish. If you buy it from a store, the only thing you can be done for is distributing copyrighted material, the same thing we all do when we seed torrents or send music to our friends. The only problem is that they will actively pursue you for this, just like if you were notorious for having a site that allowed users to download iTunes rips.
