You can still do minimal promo but still make smart choices that cause you to do ok. It literally would not have been hard for her to release the PI MV within the first week of release. Whatever, this is her career and god knows PI is dead. It's peaked on radio, sales and streaming are both mediocre. For THE Lady Gaga as she was once known... this is the confirmation that her career as a mainstream pop star is over. She shows no interest in being mainstream and if she ever does want to tour the world again like she used to she'll have a hard time recovering. Gaga says she is busy 'making classics' now what she doesn't realise is that classics are made without realising you are making then like Bad Romance or PF...
