Bonkers 30,860
2 minutes ago, Radio Ga Ga said: but didn't Hillary literally fight against gay marriage back in 2001 and then lied about supporting gay marriage throughout her whole career (at least until she was exposed)? I just didn't think Gaga would support a politician who is so not genuine. And I'm not outside of United States, I've been living here for the last five years, I'm actually Canadian. She never said she always supported gay marriage. And when she didn't, just like Obama it was because it was an issue that would have lost an election. Remember, in 2008, Proposition 8 passed in CALIFORNIA. The biggest block of democratic voters in the country. Presidential elections are usually only won by a few points, and that issue, at that time was enough to hand the election to the republicans. Hasn't this election shown you how insanely conservative the country actually is? You can't do a damn thing if you don't win the election. Hillary Clinton was, however, the first first lady to march in a gay pride parade and spoke in favor of gay rights WAY before it was popular. And if you haven't noticed, she is a damn lesbian - why do you think she doesn't care that Bill cheats? Their marriage is about more than sex. I support Bernie for his policies, and if you paid more attention, I also support Clinton because of her policies. They don't go far enough, but I still support them. I'm sure Gaga also agrees with Hillary's policies and overall message, not just the fact that she has a vagina. Hillary supports the issues Gaga is interested in, many have to do with women and children and many don't. Also, Gaga supported Bill and knows of Hillary from being the senator in her state when 9/11 happened. There is a history there, for over a decade now, that goes beyond Gaga just selecting a candidate because they have matchy body parts.

In 2008, Obama beat her in a much tighter race than the one this year. Bernie failed to get the minority vote, and you can't win the nomination without it. The race was fair in 2008 and it was fair this year. Your guy lost, that's all there is to it. Hillary had hundreds of pages of policies and messages, which she has shared repeatedly at every debate and in every interview. You must have selective hearing or you have trouble paying attention and comprehending.

The people voted and enough of them didn't vote for your fave. That's why he lost. Clinton is far better than any other candidate that was running this year. In 2008, that is debatable, but it isn't in 2016.

I presented evidence, you have not. You haven't even presented counter evidence or argument. America must wait another election cycle for a change, and that doesn't even address the lesser of two evils problem which is not representative democracy; America is, after all, a constitutional republic.
