Poissonche 12,365
Yes, it's sexually flopping, but it's still the best song released this year. The general public is either deaf, or Fifty Shades of Grey was really influential and they like to hurt themselves by listening to anything but the best
TheBatman 951
Do you guys think the album will have any top ten hits?

charliekelso 115
there are so many better songs released this year that I'm not even surprised. I mean, there's also a lot of really bad ones, I think it should be higher but my hopes are on the album being good. My favorite songs right now are not doing great on the charts anyway (except for Kiiara and The Weeknd that deserve the success based on their great songs) so I'm not bothering as much as I used to. OP: delusional at its best. Top 10 could easily reach even during the ARTPOP era when we and everyone out there thought that was her worst era. now Top 20 is even an achievement that we all celebrated ... that doesnt last even for a week. Hyoha 1,613
Again: the peak position being in the top 15 isn't really relevant. If a song hit top 10 but disappeared from the Hot 100 in two weeks (Dope), sorry, it's not a hit. Longevity in sales, streaming and spins is what makes a hit nowadays. When Gaga was arguably at the zenith of her commercial career (TFM era), for example, TF and TFM failed to hit the #1 spot on the BB 200 chart. That didn't matter, though. Because both albums stayed in the top 10-20 for an eternity and TFM was actually the best-selling album of 2010 despite it not having reached the Top 3. However, Perfect Illusion isn't having that impact though. It's not falling hard, but it is fenitely descending the charts and I don't see it lasting more than 6 weeks. It won't have a lasting impression or kind of define music during this moment in time...which is how Gaga's music always seems to do. Applause peaked at 4 but was in the top 10 for weeks. In fact on SNL I really hopes she performed Diamond Heart and Joanne, instead of PI. She'll probably sing PI indeed, but probably MR as well, and I'm looking forward to this !!
