She's booked as a musical guest on SNL on October 22nd, which is in NYC and two days after the tour date. So, New York City perhaps? This brings me to The Bitter End - New York City's Oldest Rock Club. The place where it all began. The place where "Stefani Germanotta had disappeared and Lady Gaga was born". The place where, she says, 'I rose up from the dead.' (http://www.out.com/entertainment/2009/08/09/lady-vamp). Coincidentally, The Bitter End (busy and popular place), is closed for "renovations" on October 19th and October 20th. http://www.bitterend.com/schedule/ It looks to me that all the pieces are pointing in that BITTER END direction. And it would fit; the album would be coming out the day after, but she would probably sell it there too, as she sold Red & Blue at the time when she performed in bars, and it would be the beginning of Joanne's career.
