I find things like what happened show the really ugly/petty side of humans and how mob mentality really is a thing. She was treated as the joke of the music industry, it was cool to bash her ffs (Lily Allen Sheezus - We’re all watching Gaga, L-O-L-O, haha. Dying for the art, so really she’s a martyr). Im actually v surprised nothing truly bad happened, like her turning to hard drugs to deal with the noise and scrutiny or something, thank god for Tony Bennett Not the bore worms! AKA: A Perfect Illusion. I'd be pretty distraught if I put out something I worked hard on just to have it called a flop. Or if people started calling me Flopua.
