I don't understand this "if you're not a fan of the direction she is going and if you have nothing but great things to say about it then leave" mentality.

Like Bebe said, there are fans who have been around since the beginning and one album isn't going to change the feels they have for gaga, but they're certainly entitled to an opinion of the material she's putting out.

Yes it sucks that not all of us like the song, but in the same way you all love saying how much you love the song, there are going to be people who don't, and you can't blame them for making threads about their dislike for a song while you make your thread about your liking for it.

It's two sides of the same coin, you can't just have threads about how amazing the song is, that lead to this cult site just becoming more so, but you also can't have just hate threads or this place will be ATRL.

Of course you can dislike the song, and of course you can complain about the products. Like you said this is a public forum.

Country is certainly one of the most hated genres, along with heavy metal music and screamo. Nice try attempting to fit rock in there along with it to make country alone more likeable - it's clear that country has its own, separate twinge to it.

And honestly, no one needs to be in a "fit" about her change in her direction. I have so many friends that stan artists and when their direction changes thry simple state that it's not their taste and move on.

Thanks for that. But it is essentially fact that country is one of the most hated genres - just look up most hated genres list. You'll find country on pretty much every one, and if it isn't #1, it's usually in the top three.

She was one of the world's biggest pop stars. Fact.

It was on abrupt notice. Fact.

She didn't do it spectacularly. Opinion. This is partly why people don't like it.

It's a highly polarizing sound. Fact/opinion. Country can be respected and hated at a really high rate.

Mark wasn't needed to make the country sound. Fact.

Not saying that you shouldn't complain, but being rude and having a critical opinion is different. Most of the fans opinions are very very rude and ignorant. Some of them even criticize the music with litterally zero knowledge of music. Don't even mention some butthurt comments like "this is not Natrual" "this is not her"

we should discuss our opinions peacefully but you really think people gonna respect your comment when your comment is rude and disrespectful?

Totally agree. I really wish they would leave because their negativity is really ruining the era for us who actually likes it.

If they don't leave it will just end up with that the positive ones leave instead, which I'm close to do, and that would be a shame since this forum once was a good place.
