I always understood that 11:59PM (23:59) is in one day and 12:00AM (midnight) is the beginning of the next day, so 12:00 theoretically is in the morning, before noon (12:00PM), so AM. If we have to wait 12 more hours, woudnt its say at midnight or 00:00 or 12 pm?? 12 am means noon. Educate me if i am wrong Edit.
