Yes, they're supposed to be. I really hope they release them. If not as dolls then maybe as fashion packs. But not sure since they haven't said anything about them yet. But this could mean less chance of the doll selling out fast in the initial preorders since they could be seeing how many dolls are pre-ordered and then produce to that number...
